Refund and Return Policy

At WEFC, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Return Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories or documentation are included.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return. These include customized or personalized items, items marked as final sale, and gift cards. For health and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns on used bedding and mattresses.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 918-463-2713 or email us at info@wefc.xyz. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items.
